About

Let us begin with a confession:

The modern physician and healthcare provider is stuck in a revolving door. On one side, you have the grand, humming behemoth of the big hospital or group practice – a fine institution, no doubt, with its shiny protocols and its evidence-based algorithms. But step inside, and what do you find? A good doctor, a healer by nature, now reduced to a cog in a very expensive, very well-lit machine. They desire personalized care – the kind that listens, that lingers, that looks the patient in the eye and says, “I see you, not just your lab results.” But alas, the hospital says, “You have twelve minutes. And do not forget to click all five boxes in the electronic health record, or the billing gods will be displeased.” And so, the noble intention is buried under a landslide of policy and pixel.

So they push on the door, and it swings them out into the private practice. Ah, freedom! They shall set their own schedule. They shall be master of their own clock. They shall practice medicine as it was meant to be – with art, with soul, with unhurried grace. But a revolving door has no exit, only more compartments, and the very next one holds the same weight it always did -just relabeled. Who will handle the billing? The scheduling? The prior authorizations? The landlord? The payroll? Suddenly, our liberated physician finds themselves spending more time debating the price of printer ink than deciphering a complex diagnosis. They pushed their way out of one glass compartment and straight into another, still spinning, still going nowhere new. They look through the glass and realize the whole structure has just carried them back around to where they started. The punchline? They end up at the very same point: exhausted, distracted, and far from the personalized care they once dreamed of.

And this is where we, with a sly smile and a purposeful stride, enter the scene. We do not come with capes or grand speeches. We come with a simple, almost cheeky proposition: let us handle the nonsense. oops! is that’s too frank ? anyways, let me say that again, let us handle the non-clinical administrative works. Now these are some sophistatced words, right?. Well, Let us be the buffer between you and the abyss of administration. We work with private practitioners to wrestle the non-clinical beast to the ground – so that you, my friend, can actually do what you set out to do: heal. Not heal in theory, not heal in between phone calls, but heal with the full force of your attention and compassion.

But do not misunderstand us. We are not snobs who turn our noses up at the great hospitals. No, no. We are equal-opportunity annoyers of bureaucracy. We approach the large networks with the very same spirit. Why? Because whether you are in a gleaming academic tower or a modest storefront clinic, the principle is the same: when administrative burdens are handled with care -yes, care, that word we so often reserve for patients alone – it cascades downward. It reflects in the provider’s sanity, in the nurse’s smile, in the patient’s trust. When the system is not screaming at you, you can actually hear the patient whisper.

So, our mission, if you will, is to be the quiet rebels who restore the human touch – not by fighting the system, but by outsmarting its tediousness. We handle the dust so you can handle the diagnosis. We tame the paperwork so you can tame the illness. And if that sounds like a small thing, then you have never spent a Friday afternoon arguing with an insurance company over a code. Trust us. We have. And we are here so that you never have to again. Because in the end, medicine is not about protocols or profits. It is about the sacred, hilarious, heartbreaking, and profoundly ordinary moment when one human says to another, “I’ve got you.” And we aim to make sure nothing gets in the way of that – not the hospital, not the private practice, and certainly not the printer ink.

The Gap We Kept Watching

We spent years inside healthcare management before we did anything about what we saw – a pattern too consistent to be coincidence. Excellent providers, boxed in on both sides. The ones in large networks even the ones at the higher management level face frictions with non-clinical adminstrative works. The ones in private practice losing their time to paperwork no one warned them about at graduation. Different symptoms. Same disease: nobody was standing between good providers and the machinery keeping them from the patients in front of them.

That’s the gap. Practice Management 360 LLC exists to close it.

Built From the Inside, Not Read About From Outside

We are not consultants who studied healthcare from a distance. Our founding team brings a combined 10 years working inside the systems we now help practices navigate – credentialing, billing, compliance, the unglamorous machinery that decides whether good care reaches a patient at all. We’ve sat on both sides of that desk: the one asking for approval, and the one reviewing the request. It tends to produce fewer slide decks and considerably more solutions that survive first contact with a denied claim.

The company we spent years wishing already existed, Practice Management 360 LLC is a licensed business under the Nevada Secretary of State, verifiable via SilverFlume.

What We Believe

Personalized care shouldn’t be a luxury only small practices can afford, or a memory only hospital physicians hold onto. It should be the standard, regardless of your practice’s size.

Affordable and excellent are not opposites. They’re a design choice – and we’ve made ours.

The paperwork is our problem to solve, not yours to survive.

Where That Leaves You

Whichever side you recognize yourself in – pressed for time inside a large system, or pressed for hours inside your own practice –  the constraint is administrative, not medical. That part, we can fix. We work with practices at every stage: the provider signing their first lease, the established practice ready to scale, and hospital systems too large for templates. Wherever you stand, there’s room to practice medicine the way you meant to when you first put on the coat.
